Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer international shipping to all countries.


Where are your packages shipped from?

Our shipments are sent from our facilities in Hong Kong.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

To ensure fast processing, requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests received after this period cannot be processed. However, you can return your order for a full refund after receiving it.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).


When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow for additional processing time during holidays and sales events. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and typically ship within 1-3 business days after being placed.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, it may take 7-16 days for your order to arrive.


What if I haven't received my order?

If you haven't received your order within 30 days after shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.


How do I return an item?

What if the items I received are damaged, incorrect, or defective?

If you received the wrong items, missing items, or damaged goods, please contact us with your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details from the package. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be processed to your issuing bank within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request. For questions regarding when the refund will appear in your account, please contact your card-issuing bank or credit card company. Note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
